Eleven homes sold in Fort Lee last week

From March 17 to March 23, there were 11 home sales reported in Fort Lee. The median sale price during this week was $530,000 for a 1,363-square-foot home on Center Avenue. The homes sold included a variety of sizes and prices. For example, a home at 2215 N. Central Road sold for $382,000 and was 1,058 square feet. Another property at 2195 N. Central Road fetched $412,500. A smaller one-bedroom home on Old Palisade Road sold for $435,000, while a two-bedroom home on Westgate Drive went for $460,000. A property at 643 Jacey Drive sold for $485,000. In addition, the more expensive homes included a sale at 1512 Palisade Ave for $1,050,000, and a larger home at 76 Euclid Road sold for $1,750,000. Overall, the Fort Lee real estate market continues to show activity with a range of homes selling at different price points.
