A man has been charged with second-degree murder in Edmonton after a seemingly random attack resulted in the death of a 65-year-old man. The victim and the accused were not acquainted. Police responded to a suspicious person call on Wednesday afternoon and found a 27-year-old man. While investigating, they discovered the deceased in a nearby garage. The victim, Sugeng Pariono, died from blunt force trauma. The accused, Oleksii Iskra, has been arrested.
