Eden Christian baseball aims for success in 2025

Eden Christian Academy's baseball team had a successful season in 2024, ending with a record of 20-6. They excelled in Section 3A, finishing 12-0, and had strong playoff performances, finishing as runners-up in both WPIAL and PIAA competitions. Coach Mark Feldman noted that each season is different and this year's team will have a new look. For the 2025 season, the Warriors bring back five starters, including key players like juniors Noah Emswiler, shortstop Brett Feldman, pitcher/infielder Brady Hull, and catcher Josh Tilden. Senior Jacob Janicki also returns. The team is young, with a mix of juniors, sophomores, freshmen, and only two seniors. Coach Feldman expects the season to be challenging due to their inexperience. Last year's batting lineup featured strong underclassmen like Emswiler and Hull, who excelled with impressive stats. Hull had a standout season, leading in multiple offensive categories and demonstrating great discipline at the plate. He praised Coach Feldman for fostering a team family atmosphere, making practices enjoyable and promoting a strong team spirit. Brett Feldman, the coach's son, also had a remarkable 2024 season, showing strong skills both offensively and defensively. Other returning players, including Tilden and Janicki, are expected to contribute significantly this season. The team was one of the top offensive squads in WPIAL, averaging over nine runs per game. As the season progresses, the Warriors are focusing on building strength and stamina in their pitching. Several players, including senior captains Janicki, Feldman, and Hull, are set to lead the team into another promising season.
