E-scooter rider seriously injured in Dublin car collision

A man riding an e-scooter was seriously injured after a collision with a car in Donaghmede, Co Dublin. The accident happened around 10am on Friday. The injured man is in his 30s and is receiving treatment at Beaumont Hospital. His condition is serious, but no other injuries were reported from the crash. Gardaí are asking for witnesses to the incident to come forward. This collision occurred on Tonlegee Road at the junction with Tonglegee Avenue. Road users who have camera footage, such as dash-cam videos, from the area at the time of the accident are also encouraged to share it with the authorities.
