Duterte's plane makes refueling stop in Dubai
Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte's chartered plane has landed in Dubai for a refueling stop. The Gulfstream G550 jet arrived shortly after 8 a.m. on Wednesday, according to flight tracking data. Duterte was traveling with former executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, a nurse, and his personal assistant. The plane took off from Manila late Tuesday night and is headed to The Hague. Duterte faces an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court related to alleged crimes against humanity during his presidency. This warrant was issued after his return to Manila from Hong Kong.
