Duterte's children petition Supreme Court for father’s return

They allege that no formal warrant was presented and that he was denied medical and family access during detention. The Supreme Court has accepted the petitions for review. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice stated that Duterte's arrest was conducted lawfully and that all rights were upheld during the process.
