Duterte ready for arrest over ICC drug war investigation

Duterte, speaking at a rally in Hong Kong, defended his actions during his presidency and expressed acceptance of any legal consequences. The Philippines has recently shown willingness to cooperate with the ICC investigation, despite Duterte's previous withdrawal from the court's jurisdiction.
