Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has been arrested and is now in The Hague to face charges of crimes against humanity related to his controversial "war on drugs." He was taken into custody at Manila airport and quickly flown to the International Criminal Court (ICC). Duterte's extradition follows a shift in cooperation from current President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., who previously resisted ICC investigations.
