Duke's Cooper Flagg injured ankle in ACC Tournament game
Duke's Cooper Flagg left the ACC Tournament quarterfinal game with a left ankle injury. He was helped to the locker room after landing awkwardly while attempting a rebound. Flagg was later seen in a wheelchair, possibly for X-rays. Duke was trailing Georgia Tech 26-17 when Flagg was injured. The team also lost Maliq Brown to a shoulder injury. Despite a rough start, Duke managed to reduce the deficit to five points by halftime. Flagg was recently named ACC player and newcomer of the year. Duke, ranked No. 1, was expected to be a top seed in the upcoming NCAA Tournament.
