Dubtsova judged Ukraine's X-Factor unprofessionally

A former crew member accused Russian singer Irina Dubtsova of unprofessional behavior and pro-Putin sentiments during her time on the Ukrainian show "X-Factor." The ex-crew member stated Dubtsova often appeared intoxicated, was frequently late, and showed indifference to her work and contestants. She also revealed Dubtsova's private number was leaked online after the full-scale invasion due to her alleged support for the Russian regime. Dubtsova, a winner of Russia's "Star Factory 4," judged "X-Factor" in 2013-2014. She has not publicly condemned Russia's actions in Ukraine and previously participated in events supporting separatist regions.
