Dublin police arrest couple for drug possession

A social media influencer and her Aer Lingus employee boyfriend were denied bail after being arrested in Dublin for drug possession. They were caught with over €6,000 worth of various drugs. The pair, Laryssa Sales, 19, and Otavoio Martin De Sousa, 30, were charged with possessing multiple drugs for sale or supply. Gardaí found the drugs, cash, scales, and bagging in their car during a Sunday operation. The judge cited flight risk concerns, noting the couple's intention to return to Brazil and providing false addresses. They will appear in court again later this month.
