Denon upgrades HEOS, challenging Sonos in multi-room audio

Denon is launching upgrades to its HEOS multi-room speaker system, including Qobuz Connect support, potentially capitalizing on issues faced by competitor Sonos. The new Denon Home update allows direct streaming of high-resolution music from the Qobuz app, improving the user experience. The HEOS app also receives faster loading times, increased playlist limits, and other quality-of-life improvements. This comes as Denon's parent company, Sound United, was recently acquired by Harman International. Denon's HEOS system competes with Sonos in the multi-room audio market.
