Crunchyroll schedules One Piece return for April 5-6

Crunchyroll has announced that the popular anime series One Piece will return with a special event called "Premiere Weekend." This event will celebrate the show’s comeback after a brief hiatus. Fans of the Straw Hat Pirates can look forward to new episodes starting on April 5, 2025. The first episode, number 1123, will air on April 5, followed by episode 1124 on April 6. In addition to these new episodes, there will also be a special episode recap titled "Egghead Arc Part 1 Recap Special." This recap will last 83 minutes, providing a summary of key events from the series. The return of the anime will follow the story of Luffy and his crew as they face off against the World Government. This upcoming arc promises exciting developments and conflicts, especially regarding the character Dr. Vegapunk.
