A couple in Kent, Paige and Ashley Boakes, gave up their bedroom to provide their four children with separate spaces. They moved into the living room in March 2024, initially sleeping on a king-size air bed. The couple renovated the children's rooms over seven months, spending about $375 on new mattresses and a bed.
