Connecticut brewery now serves food and offers more choices
Dudleytown Brewing Company, which opened in 2023, has expanded its offerings. It has launched an in-house restaurant, Saults Eclectic Cuisine, and a full-service bar. This replaces the previous reliance on food trucks. The new restaurant, run by Chef Stephen Lundgren, features a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes wood-fired pizzas, bao buns, and other dishes with global influences. The restaurant has about 100 seats. The brewery's co-founder highlights the added options for customers with the new restaurant and bar. The brewery is celebrating its first year of business in a location near recreational facilities and an airport.
