Clarivate has leased 170,000 square feet at the Embassy Oxygen office park in Noida. This move is part of a trend where global companies are increasing their office space in India, especially in technology and business process management. In recent months, other companies like Ciena have also expanded their presence in India, with Ciena leasing 135,000 square feet in Gurgaon. The overall leasing activity in the National Capital Region has seen significant growth, particularly in the IT and business process sectors. During the last quarter, the National Capital Region recorded 1.8 million square feet of net absorption, a 24% increase from the previous quarter. Gurgaon remains the top area for demand, accounting for 77% of leasing activity in the region.
