Bonuses varied, with top managers receiving up to ₹2.18 lakh, while lower-paid staff received between ₹7,200 and ₹8,400. The initiative has gained significant praise on social media, highlighting Huang's commitment to employee welfare. The restaurant also provides a "filial piety allowance" to support employees' parents financially.
