Chatham man arrested for vandalizing Tesla truck

A man from Chatham has been arrested for vandalizing a Tesla truck. The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon outside a retail store on St. Clair Street. During his arrest, the man spat at a police officer. He now faces charges of mischief over $5,000 and assaulting a peace officer. He has been released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on April 28.
