Chase tops UK bank satisfaction survey as Royal Bank of Scotland ranks last

Monzo remains the highest-rated for online and mobile banking services. Starling Bank ranked third overall in customer satisfaction. The Royal Bank of Scotland ranked last, with only 46% of customers likely to recommend it. Nationwide Building Society was recognized for its branch services.
