Chase tops UK bank satisfaction survey as Royal Bank of Scotland ranks last

Chase has become the top-rated bank in Britain, according to a new survey by the Competition and Markets Authority. About 81% of Chase customers said they would recommend the bank, surpassing Monzo, which had an 80% satisfaction score. Chase, which launched in the UK in 2021, now has around 2.5 million customers. Monzo remains the highest-rated for online and mobile banking services. Starling Bank ranked third overall in customer satisfaction. The Royal Bank of Scotland ranked last, with only 46% of customers likely to recommend it. Nationwide Building Society was recognized for its branch services.
