Cavite, Laguna, Rizal police seize P4.4M shabu, firearms
Police in Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal seized over P4.4 million worth of shabu and four illegal guns during a series of drug raids. Nine suspects were arrested in these operations on Tuesday and Wednesday. In Bacoor City, Cavite, officers arrested six men at 3 a.m. They sold shabu to an undercover officer. Police recovered 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million and two firearms: a .45 pistol and a .22 handgun, both loaded. Authorities believe these suspects are high-value individuals involved in drug trafficking. Another operation took place in San Pedro City, Laguna. A suspect named Ferdinand was caught with 108 grams of shabu valued at P734,400. In Taytay, Rizal, police arrested Dan Jason, a known street dealer, with two sachets of shabu worth P68,000 and an undocumented .357 revolver. Shortly after, officers arrested Mohalidin, who was found with 30 grams of meth worth P204,000 and a .38 revolver. All suspects are now in police custody and face criminal charges.
