Caracas police arrested gang member for document forgery

A member of the "Rapiditos de la Veguita" gang was arrested in Caracas for falsifying official documents, impacting vehicle legality. The arrest, conducted by the CICPC, targeted Providencio Antonio López González, 57, who produced fake vehicle registrations, licenses, and court documents. These were used to illegally legalize vehicles and bypass legal checks. Authorities seized forged documents, including vehicle registrations and driver's licenses, along with phones used in the operation. Investigations continue, with four accomplices still at large.
