Camp John Hay Golf Club members withdraw lawsuit after agreement with BCDA

Members of the Camp John Hay Golf Club have dropped their lawsuit against the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). This follows an agreement allowing active members to keep their playing privileges for a monthly fee of P5,000, removing extra green fees. The legal dispute arose after the BCDA reclaimed the golf course property, following a Supreme Court ruling that voided the lease with Camp John Hay Development Corporation. The agreement was reached after discussions between the BCDA and club representatives. The golf course is now managed by Golfplus Management Incorporated and DuckWorld PH. They plan to improve facilities while maintaining the course's aesthetics and ensuring services for players and staff continue smoothly.
