A Cambodian businessman, Srey Sina, was sentenced to 31 years in prison for killing a young couple over a minor dispute. The Phnom Penh Municipal Court also ordered him to pay over $2 million in compensation to the victims' families. Srey Sina, 51, fatally shot 27-year-old Long Lysong and his fiancée, 25-year-old Khin Kanchana, during a property dispute on June 17. Two others were injured in the incident, which was captured on surveillance cameras.
