Currently, about 50 tutors assist around 100 students in grades five through twelve. People Inc. is developing the Juniper Apartments in Hamburg, set to open in fall 2026. This $35 million project will provide 65 affordable housing units, including options for older adults and those with physical limitations, addressing local housing needs.
