Brussels property prices double between cheapest, priciest streets

Real estate prices in Brussels vary dramatically, with the most affordable streets in Molenbeek and the most expensive in Uccle. The price difference can be as much as double. An Immoweb study found that the Avenue des Chalets in Uccle has the highest average price at €5,688 per square meter, while the Rue de Groeninghe in Molenbeek is the most affordable at €2,206 per square meter. The study analyzed streets with over 20 residences. Other expensive streets are in Ixelles and Brussels, while Charleroi has the cheapest streets among the 12 largest Belgian cities. The study also compared prices with other cities like Ghent and Namur.
