A new study by AirHelp has ranked the best and worst airlines for 2024, analyzing 109 carriers based on delays, complaints, and customer feedback. Brussels Airlines topped the list, improving from 12th place last year, followed closely by Qatar Airways. The worst airline this year is Tunisair, scoring 3.63 out of 10. Other low performers include Buzz and Nouvelair. U.S. airlines like United and American ranked in the top five, while Alaska Airlines fell to 88th place. AirHelp also evaluated airports, with Doha Hamad Airport ranked first, followed by Cape Town and Nagoya Chubu. Salt Lake City Airport was the highest-rated U.S. airport, scoring 8.28 out of 10.
