Bluey's First Feature Film to Hit Japanese Theaters in Summer 2027

The first feature film based on the globally popular animated series "Bluey" will be released in Japan in summer 2027. Titled "The Bluey Movie," it marks the series' debut in 3D animation. The film follows Bluey and her family through an action-packed day triggered by a surprising event, maintaining the series' signature playful humor. The teaser trailer and poster show Bluey and Bingo in 3D, playing with a red balloon. The Australian series, available in over 180 countries, has won International Emmy and BAFTA awards. In the US, it ranked first in annual streaming viewership for two consecutive years, with about 45 billion minutes watched in 2025.
