Bethenny Frankel now supports Meghan Markle's lifestyle changes
Bethenny Frankel has changed her opinion on Meghan Markle's new Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan.” The former reality TV star defended Markle's lifestyle in a recent podcast episode, saying it’s acceptable for the Duchess of Sussex to showcase her “glossy” life. During the podcast, Frankel praised Markle and Prince Harry's home in Santa Barbara, California. She emphasized that they come from a royal background, noting that Markle, a former duchess, shouldn’t have to hide her luxurious lifestyle. She suggested that it’s better for Markle to be herself rather than trying to appear “flawed.” However, this is a significant shift from Frankel's previous criticism. Just last month, she described Markle's rebrand as too perfect and lacking identity. She had urged Markle to deliver more authentic content, suggesting it was difficult for her to show her true self if she was unsure of her identity. Frankel has been vocal about her views on Markle and Harry in the past. She referred to their struggles post-royalty as “flailing” and mentioned that they generally don’t connect with the public. Despite her earlier negative comments, Frankel expressed a desire to help them with their business strategies, acknowledging the challenges of celebrity life. She also stated that she has nothing against Markle and believes they would get along well.
