Chandigarh cyber police arrested three individuals, including two bank employees, for defrauding a man of over Rs 25 lakh through SIM card fraud and unauthorized bank access. The victim's SIM was reactivated by one accused, who then used bank credentials obtained with the help of the bank employees to transfer Rs 25.54 lakh between March and April. The arrests followed a police raid in Rajasthan and Haryana. Authorities have recovered a mobile phone and SIM card used in the crime and frozen a portion of the stolen funds.
