Baliwag officials unaware of ghost project

Baliwag officials were unaware of a P55.7 million flood control project in Barangay Piel, which President Marcos identified as a ghost project. The project, declared completed by the DPWH in June, was found to be non-existent during the President's inspection. Local officials stated they were not consulted.
