Bailiffs seize 3.9 billion from businessman, investigator

Accounts totaling 3.9 billion rubles have been frozen for Konstantin Strukov, a businessman and vice-speaker, and Alexey Kolbasin, head of the regional Investigative Committee. The Federal Bailiff Service confirmed that enforcement actions are also targeting Strukov's relatives and company managers in connection with the YGK case. The bailiffs are implementing measures to enforce court orders, with the total amount to be recovered jointly from several individuals.
