Assassin's Creed Shadows has three romance options available

Assassin's Creed Shadows lets players explore romance options while playing as characters Yasuke and Naoe. At the game's launch, three romantic options are available: Gennojo, Lady Oichi, and Katsuhime. To build a romance, players must follow the questlines of each character. Specific dialogue choices, marked with a heart icon, help increase the chances of a successful relationship. Completing certain quests and consistently picking these heart-related options leads to an intimate scene with the chosen character. For players interested in Gennojo, they must choose Naoe. Key quests include "Missing Missive," where players retrieve a stolen letter, and "Sake and Swords," which involves a conversation ending with "Show me, thief." After completing the quest "Stolen Hearts," players can finalize the romance with Gennojo. Lady Oichi is exclusively available for Yasuke. To initiate this romance, players should select options like “Some company might be nice” during the quest "An Education." In the quest "The Wheel Turns," players will choose the line “I miss your smile,” before enjoying a moment on Cat Island. Katsuhime is another romantic option for Naoe. Players will interact with her during various quests, including "Showdown in Sakamoto," where they should pick "I like your teppo." In later quests, options like “I do enjoy your company” and “Yes, Forever” will guide players toward completing the romance. These interactions add depth to the gameplay experience, allowing players to balance combat with personal relationships.
