ASB helps storm-hit customers with paused repayments

ASB is offering financial assistance, including paused home loan repayments, to customers impacted by recent severe storms. The bank will suspend home loan principal repayments for up to three months for customers in Canterbury and Wellington affected by flooding and damage. Emergency credit card limit increases and overdraft facilities are also being considered. The relief measures are in response to heavy rain and winds causing significant damage to homes and infrastructure in the South Island and lower North Island.
