Army Public School in Dighi hosts annual sports day celebrating student achievements

Army Public School in Dighi held its annual sports day, themed "Udaan: Rise and Shine," on December 12. The event featured a ceremonial torch relay, athletic competitions, and cultural performances, showcasing student achievements in sports and academics. Brig Paramjit Singh Jyoti attended as the chief guest, praising the school's academic success, particularly its top ranking in the 12th-grade category among Army Public Schools. Gurnam House won the Sports Day Trophy, while Bhagat House was the runner-up. The event included a march past and various athletic events, such as sprints and relay races. Cultural performances highlighted themes of unity and peace, concluding with the awarding of medals and certificates to outstanding students.
