Apple expands RCS messaging support for iPhones with new carriers

Apple has expanded RCS messaging support for iPhones, adding more carriers. Previously, RCS was limited to a few major carriers, but the updated list now includes additional options, enhancing messaging features for iPhone users texting Android devices. RCS, or Rich Communication Services, offers features like group chats and high-resolution media sharing. Before this update, many advanced features were unavailable when messaging Android users. Despite the expansion, some carriers, like Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile, still lack RCS support. Additionally, RCS availability remains limited in many European countries.
