Anvisa recalls three coffee brands in Brazil due health risks

The Brazilian health agency, Anvisa, has ordered the immediate recall of three coffee-flavored drink mix brands due to health risks. The products are banned from sale, distribution, and use nationwide. The recall follows inspections revealing serious sanitary irregularities, including the presence of a harmful toxin and misleading labeling. The affected brands are Master Blends, D M Alimentos, and Jurerê Caffe. Consumers are advised to stop using the products and contact the companies for returns. Retailers must remove the products from shelves. Anvisa is also encouraging consumers to report any irregular sales.
