Angel Studios to adapt Fablehaven for film with 2026 release planned

Angel Studios will produce and distribute a film adaptation of Brandon Mull's fantasy series "Fablehaven," with a planned release in 2026. The project is in early pre-production, aiming to start filming in late summer 2025. The film will focus on the first book in the series, which follows siblings Kendra and Seth Sorenson as they navigate a magical world hidden in their grandfather's mansion. The story involves their quest to rescue their grandfather from goblins and stop a witch's evil plan. Cameron Sawyer will direct the film, with plans to adapt all five books in the series. Angel Studios has partnered with Haven Films for this project, emphasizing a commitment to staying true to the original story.
