Americanas launches credit card to increase customer loyalty
Americanas has launched a new credit card, "Cartão cliente•a," aiming to boost customer loyalty and expand purchasing options. The company anticipates issuing one million cards within the first year. The card offers up to 12 interest-free installments and can be used in Americanas stores, online, and at Visa-affiliated locations. Customers will earn points redeemable for discounts and products, with additional benefits planned for later this year. This initiative, a partnership with BrasilCard and Visa, is part of Americanas' strategy to increase customer engagement and profitability. The company also plans to expand its sales events, including a focus on Halloween.
