Amanda Seyfried's series 'Long Bright River' surpasses international markets
Amanda Seyfried's new series, Long Bright River, has gained significant international attention. The show has been purchased by major networks across the globe. Sony Pictures Television is responsible for many of these distribution deals. In the United Kingdom, the series will air on Channel 4. It has also been acquired by various networks in Central and Eastern Europe, Poland, Latin America, and French-speaking Canada. Warner Bros. Discovery will show it in New Zealand as well. Long Bright River premiered in the United States on Peacock on March 13. It has already been available in Canada on Crave and USA Network, in South Korea on LG Uplus, and in Australia on Stan. In the series, Seyfried plays Mickey Fitzpatrick, a police officer investigating a series of murders while also managing her life as a single mother searching for her missing sister. Seyfried is an accomplished actress. She received an Academy Award nomination for the film Mank in 2021 and won an Emmy for her role in The Dropout in 2022.
