Alkem Laboratories promoter purchases Mumbai penthouse for ₹185 crore

Seema Singh, a promoter of Alkem Laboratories, has purchased a penthouse in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹185 crore. The luxury apartment spans 14,866 square feet and is located on the 30th floor of the Lodha Sea Face building. The property, which overlooks the Coastal Road and Arabian Sea, was valued at ₹1,24,445 per square foot. Singh also paid ₹9.25 crore in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the transaction completed on December 11. In June, Singh sold a 0.3% stake in Alkem Laboratories for ₹177 crore. The promoter's holding in the company has decreased by 0.72% over the last quarter.
