Aldi confirms removal of popular £2.99 beauty cleanser from shelves
Aldi has confirmed that its popular £2.99 Lacura Original Hot Cloth Cleanser has been discontinued. The product was favored for its similarity to Liz Earle’s £30 Cleanse & Polish but was quietly removed from shelves last spring. Customers recently discovered the cleanser's absence after inquiring on social media. Aldi acknowledged the discontinuation, stating they regularly review their product range to meet shopper needs. This is not the first product Aldi has removed. Earlier this month, the store also discontinued its Very Berry Muesli and other snack items, including Coconut Rings and Chocolate Rich Tea biscuits.
