Actor Mark Withers from New York dies at 77 after cancer battle
Mark Withers, a 77-year-old actor from Binghamton, New York, passed away on November 22 in California after battling pancreatic cancer. His daughter announced his death on December 6. Withers was known for his roles in "Stranger Things" and "Dynasty," appearing in over 50 films and TV shows throughout his career. He portrayed Ted Dinard, one of the first LGBTQ+ characters on U.S. television, in "Dynasty." He also had roles in popular series like "Wonder Woman," "Frasier," and "True Blood." Withers is survived by his wife and daughter.
