This $50 million project employs real-time generative AI to portray the actors over a 60-year span. The technology, developed by Metaphysic, allows for instant facial transformations by analyzing facial landmarks. This method differs from traditional CGI, which requires extensive post-production work and a larger budget. Unlike previous films that used different techniques for de-aging, "Here" showcases AI's ability to modify actors' appearances during filming, eliminating the need for additional hardware.
