Zelensky says Trump negotiators to visit Kyiv and Moscow within days

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that representatives of US President Donald Trump's administration are expected to arrive in Kyiv within the coming days, with meetings planned in both Moscow and Kyiv. Zelensky stated that Ukraine is in round-the-clock communication with the US side and that preliminary dates for the visits have been confirmed. He did not name the negotiators, but Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have previously handled peace talks with Russia. The US-brokered negotiations with Russia have been paused since February due to the US war against Iran, while Russia has refused to end the war and threatened new strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
