Zelensky calls Kyiv shootout between Ukrainian security agencies 'absolutely shameful'

The conflict reportedly stemmed from the SBU's arrest of a Russian citizen fighting for Ukraine under HUR supervision. Three HUR agents were wounded. Zelensky dismissed an SBU department head and ordered investigations into the incident.
