Zelensky announces dismissals after Kyiv shooting between SBU and HUR units

The SBU claims its Alpha unit responded to an armed attack, while a lawyer for the Russian Volunteer Corps says SBU officers fired first, wounding three HUR servicemen. Zelensky stated both structures acted improperly and must share responsibility, emphasizing the need to establish truth and prevent future occurrences. The State Bureau of Investigation is handling the case, with authorities continuing to examine all circumstances preceding the conflict.
