Zelensky announces dismissal of SBU and GUR deputy heads after Kyiv clash

Zelensky called the incident "absolutely disgraceful," emphasizing that shooting is only permitted against Russian occupiers. An official service investigation is underway, with the president warning that such situations must never repeat.
