Yukon developer NVD expands to northern British Columbia with hotel purchases

Yukon developer NVD purchased two hotels in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, to diversify its investments outside the territory. The acquisition of the Inn on the Harbour and Pacific Inn was made in partnership with Lax Kw'alaams Business Development LP and the Metlakatla Development Corporation. This move aims to ensure financial stability for the company and its employees. NVD, which has significant holdings and ongoing projects within the Yukon, sees Prince Rupert as an under-realized opportunity for expansion and aims to replicate its business model there.
