Young women's political empowerment camp launches in Taipei

The Democratic Progressive Party's Gender Equality Department is launching a political empowerment camp for young women. The "Oonniau Squad" camp aims to train and support aspiring female leaders. The third iteration of the camp, "2026 Oonniau Squad: Young Women's Political Influence Empowerment Camp 3.0," will be held in Taipei from July 3-5. It features courses on simulated elections, international exchange, and local history. The camp is open to 60 women aged 20-35. Applications opened today and close on May 27.
