You can now skip sponsored sections in YouTube videos with new browser extension

You can now automatically skip sponsored sections in YouTube videos using a browser extension called SponsorBlock. This tool uses crowd-sourced data to identify and skip sponsored content without any manual input from users. To use SponsorBlock, install the extension on your browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. Once installed, it will automatically skip sponsored segments when you play a video on YouTube. Skipped sections will appear green on the seek bar. SponsorBlock is not available for the YouTube app on mobile devices. Users can only access it through mobile browsers. The extension is compatible with several desktop browsers, enhancing the viewing experience by saving time.
